Hungarian-born Laido Dittmar is a descendant of a Hungarian-Russian multigenerational circus family and an internationally awarded performer, drawing upon two decades of expertise as a circus artist along with companies like Cirque du Soleil and Recirquel.
He gained most of his professional experience in Russia as an invited guest student to the famous Moscow Nikulin Circus’s special training. Since, he has toured the world and performed in numerous countries creating a modern and fresh style of juggling.
The world-famous Circus Sarasota from Florida, USA said the following about the talented performer: “He’s quite possibly one of the greatest jugglers you will ever see.”
“Dreamlight” his iconic juggling act is styled with the sound of jazz, but despite it’s story being set in the 1950’s Hollywood musical world, it has been breaking traditions in more ways than one.
The modern technical solutions it provides to tell its romantic story, have been often called groundbreaking and something that the circus world has never seen before.
When not touring for worldwide performances, Laido endeavors to inspire a new generation of artists, passing on his knowledge through his book called “The book of practice”. A unique system helping practitioners of any fine/gross motor skills to rapidly accelerate their progress in order to achieve their full potential.
He’s personal and world records include being one of 4 juggler’s who ever flashed 10 rings while balancing a ring on their head and being the second juggler in the world to flash 7 rings backcrosses according to the “Juggling Wikipedia”
